A Very Special Customer Feedback

When I read this comment today, I knew I had to share it, for so many reasons. Once you've read it, you'll understand why:

"The items I purchased at World Soccer, Manchester United flip flops and a stuffed Santa Claus, were greater than I had expected and could have hoped for. My daughter, a US Army soldier and an avid Manchester United fan, will be spending Christmas in Afghanistan this year. Her packages had to be sent by December 1 to ensure their receipt by Christmas. At the time I initially placed the order for the flip flops, I mistakenly ordered the wrong size. When I called World Soccer to inquire whether I could exchange them for the correct size and explained my dilemma regarding the shipping time table I had to work within, World Soccer Shop requested I thank my daughter for her service, and then immediately sent out the correct size. To my amazement, World Soccer also asked that I send the flip flops that were the incorrect size to my daughter along with instructions to give them to another soldier. What contemporary, new-age company could be more American than that? And, what other company's light has shined brighter and shined above that of World Soccer Shop this holiday season?"
